The problem is that no one really knows about how to run a business while also sleeping
and spending time with family. Instead, we hear about all of the external challenges the
entrepreneur face, like market strategy, product launches, team recruiting, etc. There is
very little attention paid to the internal struggles.
But, much like in sports, what separates champions from the rest is the ability to focus
on and master this “inner” game. Your well-being, success, relationships, productivity,
and employee’s enthusiasm all depends on your ability to stay focused, refresh, and
energize.
So the main takeaway here is that you have to master your inner game and your daily
habits. Below are five specific ways you can do that. You will discover:

  1. Productivity Tools Return
    Are you too busy doing stuff to care about productivity tools?
    All productivity systems are about organizing what you have to do before actually doing
    it. Often, the hunt for the perfect system winds up being an incredible a waste of time.
    Behavioral economists refer to this kind of overplanting as structured procrastination.
    Searching for and testing productivity tools and platforms is just another way of
    distracting us from our work.

    I can’t believe they will organize my work, or I can actually do my work. And that I
    create or are to actually do my work, because obviously I get more done.
    I do reminders about what needs to be done. So for that, I keep it simple: list on digital
    sticky notes that day stay on my desk. To create sticky notes, use the default program
    that comes with windows.
    When a task is completed, I delete it from a sticky note. And that’s pretty much my
    entire system.
    So let’s talked about how you can try this for it yourself…
    If you have a sticky note program, take a few minutes to create a sticky note with your
    top 3-5 task for tomorrow. (You can also use pieces of paper and tape, or something
    similar.) Put your tasks on a wall near your desk.

    How many emails are in your inbox right now? Whatever the number, don’t worry we
    will have a new look that email and how to manage it. You can say and not just hours a

    Morning routines are just nice to have; there a way to reach no levels of success. Many

    crafted morning rituals that maximize their energy, productivity, and creativity.
    Now, your morning routine is personal to you. For example, some people might like to
    meditate, while others killed more productive if a goal for run.
    In your morning routine might change, at the pending on your situation. For example,
    right now I’m writing a book. So I add that did my morning routine for that.
